At Toddler Threads, we want you and your little one to love every tee, every time. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
🕒 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We want returns to be easy and worry-free—just like toddler playtime should be!
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, just send us an email at support@toddler-threads.com with:

A brief description of the issue

And (if applicable) a photo or two to help us understand the problem faster
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions on how to send it back. Please note: items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.
📦 Damages or Wrong Items?
Things happen—and toddlers definitely keep us on our toes! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Snap a photo and send it to support@toddler-threads.com, and we’ll take care of it.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
While we’d love to accept all returns, a few things are non-returnable:

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or design? The quickest way is to:

Initiate a return for the original item.

Once it’s accepted, place a new order for the style you want.
That way, your toddler’s next favorite tee gets to them as fast as possible!
🇪🇺 For Our EU Customers
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days—no explanation needed. Just make sure the item is unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. As always, proof of purchase is required.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, please contact us at support@toddler-threads.com.
